Service Description
In our drive to constantly find new ways to develop and make transactions and interactions easier for our community members, we thus decided to create this feature. One that allows any community member to request a new network on behalf of the entire community. The process is really easily. Simply fill out the form, state your reason for the need of the specified new network and/or category, and we will be sure to examine your request. If approved after deliberation, the network requested will be made visible and accessible. Decision on whether the requested new network will be freely accessible or premium, will be at our sole discretion.
Cancellation Policy
By requesting a free network for the Distress Sales Dot Net (DSDN) community and website: You understand that DSDN is under no obligation to render any form of reward, monetary or otherwise in the event that your request for the network is approved. Thus issuance of any reward will be the sole decision of DSDN, and in such a case, the mention of the reward type will be stated. In the event that DSDN decides to issue a reward or show appreciation for your proposal or suggestion in form of a service, you understand that such rewards may be temporary. You therefore agree that in any case DSDN reserves the write to withdraw, limit or stop such reward, service or premium access at any given time without prior notice. You agree that your suggestion or proposal for a new network gives you no intellectual property rights nor ownership claims to the network if approved, and thus no rights or compensations in any form can be claimed You agree that it is the sole discretion of DSDN to make the proposed network FREE or PAID (PREMIUM) if approved You understand that proposing, suggesting or requesting a new free network, if approved gives you no right to be the admin of such network You agree that whatever network created on the DSDN website and/or on any DSDN platform is the sole property right of Distress Sales Dot Net You agree that DSDN has complete ownership of any network created on its platforms and/or Website. You thus understand that DSDN reserves the sole right to delete, retain, modify, alter, manage, edit and/or change any or all aspects of any and all networks running on the DSDN website and it's other platforms You agree that DSDN alone has the right to add, block or delete any member on any network (free or paid (premium)) at its sole discretion, and/or if such member(s) is deemed a "community risk" or contravenes our terms and conditions and forum policies. You agree that in the event that your request for a new free network is approved, DSDN is under no obligations to inform you personally, but such awareness will be made via prompts on our website. The network will be searchable with the use of the search bar in the Basic mode. You understand that DSDN reserves the right to modify any and all parts of this agreement at its sole discretion. Such modifications will be applicable Upon request submission, you irrevocably attest to have exhaustively read and understood all parts of this agreement, understanding the nature to be binding.
