By applying for this service, you understand that payments are non refundable. Any refund that maybe made in "special" and/or "exceptional" cases or situations, will be at the sole discretion of Distress Sales Dot Net (DSDN). You accept that in the event of an advert content or element claim, DSDN may result to taking down your promotion/ad content without refund. You therefore accept and commit to do your due diligence in ensuring that there are no copyright or ownership claims on your provided or published advert content(s) and/or item(s). You agree to only provide and/or publish materials, items, products, services and/or contents that belong to you. You thus accept never to distribute, publicize, share, market and/or advertise any service, product, item and/or content except expressly given the legal right and/or authority to by owner. You accept that DSDN will not be held responsible for any liabilities that may arise from the content(s), item(s) or material(s) you provide and/or publish for advert purposes on our website. You therefore agree that you alone will bear the liabilities and take responsibility in the event of dispute, copyright, ownership and/or license claims or infringement arising from the advert content(s), item(s) and/or link(s) you provide to us. If you are promoting, advertising or publicizing a "PAID NETWORK" on our website, you agree that if for any reason your attributed network being promoted is deleted, suspended or removed, either as a result for failing to renew your network subscription in time or contravening the paid network subscription policies, forum policies and/or our terms and conditions, this may automatically translate to the termination or the take down of your advert placement or promotion even before completion absent prior notice and without refund. If you have opted for a connected ad, you accept that you advert can be taken down at any time without refund, if the link you have provided is found to be malicious, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive. You agree that we may take down your advert absent refund, if there are multiple reports on the nature of your advert being malicious, fraudulent, misleading or deceptive. In order to maintain neutrality, respect of sensitivities , a fair and decent space for all, you thus agree to tone down or completely exclude all and any sexual/abusive contents and religious connotations, advocacy & connections.
