Cancellation Policy
By requesting a PAID NETWORK on the Distress Sales Dot Net (DSDN) website: You understand that if approved, the network created for you will be on a monthly subscription basis. You thus agree that the network may be suspended and eventually deleted if you fail to renew your subscription, after a prolonged period form expiration. You understand that if you fail to renew on time, thus resulting to the suspension, deletion or removal of your network and Admin role from our website, this may result to loss of followers and/or its members You understand that if your network is found engaging, promoting or sharing any sexual, illegal, illicit or malicious content, your network may deleted without prior notice, nor refund You understand, that as the Applicant and eventual Admin of the requested paid network, it is thus your responsibility to ensure, regulate and manage the affairs of your attributed network, so that you and/or your members do not contravene this present agreement, our website terms & conditions and privacy policy, which you accepted when your DSDN account was created. You therefore agree to be held liable and/or responsible for any and all activities within your attributed network. You are thus to ensure that you do not promote, encourage, ignore and/or allow illegal activities therein. By virtue of the aforesaid, you thus accept that DSDN is free from all litigation and liabilities arising from your attributed network, and that you alone will be held responsible for any issues arising from or within the network You understand that this initiative is DSDN'S, and all networks are ran and exist on our website, and it is thus the intellectual property right of DSDN, including that which may be attributed to you, if your request is approved. You thus agree and understand that you are a subscriber benefiting from a service provided by DSDN. This hence implies that DSDN is never required, obligated nor mandated to pay you any royalties, nor issue any rewards monetary or otherwise in connection to the attributed network of which you will be made Admin if approved You understand that DSDN will be a Co-Admin in the attributed network for the purposes of monitoring or acting on "sensitive issues" only when absolutely necessary You understand and agree that this present agreement is susceptible to modification at the sole discretion of DSDN, and will thus be applicable to you as long as your network is still active All payments are non refundable.
