Service Description
YKG, creating a safe, loving and fun environment for orphans and orphanages. We are a project inspired by the words of Christ found in Mat 19:14. BELOW ARE OUR PROGRAM ASPECTS (THEMES AND AREAS OF FOCUS) 1. Your opinion on the subject of the day This aspect aims at promoting independent and critical thinking in young minds. 2. Seed Journey Encouraging enterprising minds and working as a collective towards success. 3. Child vs adult competitions and debates Proving that a child has the capacity to think constructively and maturely, perform and reflect in the capacity of a wise and responsible adult if such traits are nurtured well. Which proves that age should never be a handicap nor limit, neither should the vessel from which knowledge proceeds be overlooked. 4. Interest based career lectures Nurturing an informed career path via interactive sessions and lectures from professionals in different fields, businesses and works of life. 5. Scriptural study Building a righteous generation. 6. Movie hour Moral, criticism, examination and analysis. 7. Craft and practical activities with professionals Handy work and Skill acquisition, creating independence and a plan b in the absence of a formal education. Creating an avenue of enterprise and entrepreneurship through craft and skill. 8. Talent competitions and exhibition Creating a positive competitive environment for talent growth and development. 9. Cook with today’s chef Learn new simple to complex recipes from many different kinds of chef both physically and virtually present. Sensitizing interests in the domain of culinary arts. 10. Teach me a language Teach an adult a new language or learn a new language from an adult. Breaking language barriers across cultures. 11. Teach an adult something new Raising bold and competent orators, one who can eloquently transfer on what they have acquired and/or the skills and knowledge they possess. Are you an Orphanage looking to join our growing community, and participate in our talk and game shows, if yes, then we welcome you to read through our participatory agreement, and if all the terms sit well, you may sign. Terms & Conditions, Rules & Guidelines The APPLICANT: Hereby referred to as any person or orphanage that completes and submits the application below. The COMPANY: Here by referred to as Yasha Kids Garden (YKG). TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION By participating in any event(s), talk show(s) or interview(s) sponsored and/or organised by The COMPANY, The APPLICANT here by agrees as follows: • The APPLICANT understands and agrees that the session(s) may be recorded, photographed, published, shown, posted or shared on any or all social media handles, website or any other relevant platform(s) or outlet(s) of The COMPANY’s choice and at their discretion. • The APPLICANT agrees that The COMPANY reserves the exclusive right to title recorded live sessions in the fashion The COMPANY deems will best communicate their missions, visions and objectives; and will generate the most attention, traction, awareness and/or publicity to encourage large viewership, and to generate traffic and a larger audience/following. • The APPLICANT understands that at any time, The Company may share or use any or all parts/scenes, snippets, extracts or portions of such recorded sessions or footage to run advert campaigns. The COMPANY is under no legal obligation to compensate The APPLICANT with royalties or other forms of commission, reward, exchange, discounts, credits, cash or additional appearances in future footage, recordings or event videos. • The APPLICANT agrees and understands that Interviews, talk shows, events or sessions may be live or pre-recorded for future release. • The APPLICANT agrees that The COMPANY may place adverts within the session(s) and/or edit adverts into the final production of the recorded session(s), and may also allow for the placement of adverts by 3rd party agents/entities, without notifying The APPLICANT. • The APPLICANT agrees and understands that whatever funds, revenue or income that may be generated, directly or indirectly from adverts placed or via any other means from the publication of recorded session(s), are the exclusive income property of The COMPANY. • The APPLICANT agrees and understands, that their participation in any and all session(s); is as a Guest on a platform owned or operated by The COMPANY. • The APPLICANT agrees and understands that all content pre-recorded or live will be and will remain the exclusive property of The COMPANY. ....
